Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge:
Accounting software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word
Tasks:
Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, Post journal entries, Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports, Prepare tax returns, Prepare trial balance of books, Reconcile accounts, Preparing balance sheets, Processing invoice and receipts, Keep track of budgets, provide bookkeeping for supplies of forklift, equipment, orders and supplies, keep report of expense, record customer receipts, and follow up with delinquent accounts, keep record of income and financial reports, submit documents to management audits
