Description

The Next Step Program staff will report to the Executive Director and are expected to represent and promote Edwards Society in the community in a positive and professional manner. Staff are responsible for assisting clients by planning, implementing and assessing individualized program plans regarding psychiatric rehabilitation and addiction recovery issues where required.
