The Communications Specialist will be responsible for increasing brand awareness for current and potential clients. The Communications Specialist must develop support and execute communications and marketing initiatives, research only and offline opportunities and determine best practices for maximum exposure of products. The Communications Specialist must demonstrate a strong ability for digital technologies, stakeholder engagement and collaboration and must be adaptable, organize and have excellent verbal, written English language skills.
Job Duties:
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences for sea vegetables to develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Conduct research on competitive marketing tactics within the sea vegetable industry and adapt strategies for enhanced brand visibility.
- Craft and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, utilizing both direct marketing techniques and digital platforms, to promote our sea vegetable products.
- Engage with new customer segments and expand the customer base by highlighting the unique benefits and applications of our sea vegetable products.
- Enhance sales opportunities by maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through marketing and email campaigns, focusing on the unique qualities of our sea vegetable offerings.
- Lead promotional activities for our sea vegetable products, both through online channels and at local events, to raise product awareness.
- Represent Atlantic Mariculture Limited as a brand ambassador, communicating our commitment to sustainable sea vegetable harvesting practices.
- Manage communications with prospective and current clients through online platforms, ensuring timely and informative responses.
- Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive online database of product information, emphasizing the nutritional and ecological advantages of our sea vegetables.
- Oversee the development and management of social media profiles, creating engaging content that highlights our harvesting practices and product benefits.
- Address customer inquiries promptly, providing detailed information about our sea vegetable products and their uses.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to guide the sales and product development teams in refining our offerings.
- Assist in producing marketing materials, such as brochures and newsletters, that educate the public on the importance and benefits of sea vegetables.
- Organize and coordinate events such as workshops and presentations to promote awareness and understanding of sea vegetable cultivation and its benefits.
- Lead online marketing efforts, including E-commerce strategies and website promotions, to increase the visibility and sales of our sea vegetable products.
Terms of Employment: This is a permanent and full-time position, 30 hours of work per week

Skill Requirements:
