Main Duties & Responsibilities as per lead statement of NOC 11202
•Assess characteristics of products to be promoted to determine marketing and advertising needs of the Company.
•Advise clients on marketing, advertising or sales promotion opportunities and strategies
•Develop strategies and related content for direct and digital marketing and advertising campaigns and implement them
•Manage post campaign analysis to measure and report on marketing and advertising metrics
•Develop and maintain social media accounts, including managing customer reviews and testimonials
•Develop, implement and evaluate strategies and programs designed to inform clients & employees.
•Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to identify the interests and concerns.
•Prepare or oversee preparation of reports.
•Develop and organize workshops for publicity and information purposes
•Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports and other material.
•Excellent computer skills.
•Assign duties and prepare work schedules.
•Hire and train Marketing staff.
•May perform the same duties as workers supervised
•May perform managerial duties if required, such as managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing strategies.
EDUCATION: BACHELOR DEGREE
EXPERIENCE: 1 YEAR OR MORE
SALARY: $33.00/Hour for 37.5 Hours per week
