Job Position: Shipping and Receiving Supervisor

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience related field
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Job Duties include:
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Manage dispatching of shipments and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Prepare and submit reports
• Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
• Arrange for maintenance and repair work
• Provide support to the dispatching team and truck drivers
• Participate in meetings for continuous improvement
• Recruit and hire staff
• Train workers in duties and policies
• Arrange training for staff
• Conduct performance reviews
• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
• Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization
