Unisystech Consulting Inc is looking for two (2) system testing technician NOC 22222
Duties and Responsibilities as system testing technician but now limited:
- Develop test plans and procedures based on system requirements and specifications.
- Determine the appropriate testing methods and tools for different systems.
- Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks.
- Execute test cases manually or using automated testing tools.
- Document test procedures, results, and any defects found during testing.
- Maintain detailed records of the testing process for future reference and analysis.
- Identify, isolate, and document defects or issues found during testing.
- Report defects to developers and work with them to resolve issues.
- Analyze system performance and behavior under various conditions.
- Evaluate system responses and interactions to ensure compliance with specified requirements.
- Work closely with developers, engineers, to understand system requirements and functionality.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for system improvements based on test results.
- Set up and maintain testing environments to ensure they accurately replicate real-world conditions.
- Ensure that systems meet quality standards and perform as expected under various scenarios.
- Stay updated with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and industry trends.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure that all testing activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Assist in training users and support staff on system functionalities and testing procedures.
- Provide support during the deployment phase to ensure smooth system implementation.
- May assign other duties
Job requirements
Education: Post-Secondary Related Education or a combination or related education and related work experience
Work experience: 1 year or less than 2 years
Salary: $40 hourly
Terms of employment: Permanent & Full time
