Shift: 9:00am to 5:00pm business hours. Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

We are recruiting for an organized, proactive Administrative Services Manager to oversee our administrative operations and staff members. As Administrative Services Manager you supervise administrative services and operations for the restaurant and employees. Ensure that the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently. The responsibilities may include establishing, evaluating, and reviewing reports and interpreting data, and hire, train, monitoring, and directing employees, coordinating mail distribution, record keeping, and monitoring facilities for the restaurant.
About the Role:
We are recruiting for an organized, proactive Administrative Services Manager to oversee our administrative operations and staff members. As Administrative Services Manager you supervise administrative services and operations for the restaurant and employees. Ensure that the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently. The responsibilities may include establish, evaluate, and review reports and interpret data, and hire, train, monitor and direct employees, coordinating mail distribution, record keeping, and monitoring facilities for the restaurant.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all administrative functions of the restaurant and direct staffs in daily operations, ensure the business operates in a smooth, efficient manner.
2. Lead, manage and train staffs responsible for securities, inventories, and supplies for the restaurant, as well as other routine administrative services, to ensure our restaurant’s daily administrative operation is smooth and under control.
3. Prepare of the restaurant’s operating report and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
4. Responsible for hiring, scheduling, training, guiding, and evaluating the performance of the staffs; Responsible for the orientation and development of staffs.
5. Ensures that staff are available to meet scheduled commitments and authorizes work and vacation schedules. Makes recommendations on leaves of absence, overtime, and substitution.
6. Analyzing contract-related documents to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
7. Direct and control the restaurant governance and regulatory compliance procedures within establishment.
8. Collaborate with management team in planning of special events and promotions for the restaurant.
Essential Qualification:
1) Completion of a College diploma is required.
2) 2 - 3 years of working experience as administrative support service manager is required.
3) Multi language is an asset.
4) Proficient with Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
5) Knowledge of general administration office procedures including records management, budgeting, and monthly reporting.
6) Ability to supervise and train employees, including organizing, prioritizing and assigning work in a busy environment.
7) Demonstrated decision-making ability and leadership skills.
8) Problem solving skills with the ability to effectively execute solutions.
