1320138 BC Ltd operating name Hustle Deliveries is hiring for Business General Manager for our office located at 205-8028 128th Street, Surrey, BC. This position is full-time with 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week.
Job Duties for this position include the following responsibilities:
-Strategize and organize plans to expand the business, emphasizing marketing efforts and identifying growth opportunities.
-Oversee financial operations, including budgeting and damage control measures to minimize losses.
-Ensure team members' efficiency and timely delivery of packages to clients.
-Recruit and train staff according to their respective roles
-Address client complaints and adjust shipping and delivery processes as needed.
-Monitor transportation performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
-Generate regular reports for senior management detailing the company's financial performance.

Requirements for the Position:
-College diploma or Degree is business administration is usually required
-1 to 2 years of experience may be required
-English as a language skill is required
Compensation Package Includes:
-52.10 per hour
-4% vacation pay
