Experience:
• Completion of a college electrical and electronics program and several months of on-the-job training or completion of a three- or four-year apprenticeship training program.
• More than two years of experience in cellular phone maintenance.
• Two years experience in data recovery for cellular device recovery, especially Android and iPhone mobiles and tablets.

Detailed Skills and Duties
1. Resolve Technical problems.
• Inspect, test, diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on mobile devices.
• repairing LCD on cell phones and tablets, as well as charging ports, batteries and other components
• Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot problems.
• Use hand tools to disassemble and reassemble devices.
• Analyze test results and adjust, change or repair faulty parts.
• Performing quality checks on repaired and refurbished devices to ensure functionality before returning them to customers.
2. Communicate with client
• Provide exceptional customer service during repair interactions.
3. Organization skills
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory.
• Complete and maintain test and service reports.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
