Job Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School.
- Completion of 1-2 years college program for Administrative Assistant
or
- Minimum 1-2 Years of related work experience is required.
Job Duties:
• Greet and attend visitors and Customers in professional manners.
• Answer telephone and electronic enquiries
• Keep record of all sales on daily basis
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
• Handle all electronic mails and hard copy documents.
• Co-ordinate with all different departments and organizations.
• Prepare correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures and reports on computers, etc.
• Get customers’ orders and schedule pickup timings
• Record customers event bookings for dessert tables
• Ensure orders to be delivered on time
• Order required supplies for front-desk and kitchen department
• Follow up with suppliers and ensure the inventory is maintained for smooth work flow and production.
