JOB REQUIREMENT
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
Language: English
Asset language: Punjabi
Cuisine specialties: Indian Cuisine (Specializing in Healthy Options)
In-depth knowledge of Indian spices, herbs, and cooking techniques, with a focus on healthy cooking methods.
Ability to customize orders to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and low-fat options.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, with a passion for creating healthy and flavorful dishes.
JOB DUTIES
Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, including curries, biryanis, tandoori dishes, and breads, with an emphasis on health and nutrition.
Customize orders to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and low-fat options.
Ensure the quality and authenticity of food preparation while prioritizing health and nutrition.
Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, with a focus on healthy cooking methods and ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to all health and safety standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to develop new recipes and menu items that emphasize health and nutrition.
Order supplies maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Working setting : The candidate should be available to work full-time in the day
