Salary: $70,000 -$ 75,600

Duties:
• Providing support and resolution by reproducing, diagnosing, and resolving requests in a timely and accurate manner for the development and enhancement of IT systemsProvide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
• Developing and implementing standard operating procedures and service level agreements
• Advising management regarding and supports IT infrastructure and other needs for several Eataly locations (stores and Corporate office)
• Supporting implementation and training on technology during new store openings and new store system implementation initiatives
• Managing service for the day-to-day POS systems and ensuring performance and stability of in-stores POS applications
• Managing IT projects from start to finishUtilizing system guides and technical manuals in support of implementing efficient solutions
• Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
• Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• + 3 years of related IT experience
• Specialized knowledge in computer systems
• Outstanding time management and organization skills
• Excellent communication, motivation, and team-building skills
• Ability to travel within other Eataly stores
