Affordable Mattress & Furniture, located at Unit 1, 464 Broadway Street East, Yorkton, SK S3N2X3 is currently looking for six (6) Furniture Movers. Some secondary education will be preferred but not a requirement for these positions. Applicant should be able to communicate in English. Candidate must be able to carry heavy furniture items such as mattress, sofa and boxed furniture items. Pay per hour will be $22.50 per hour. These are full time positions. We will also consider candidates who are willing to work part time. Job duties are some of the following:
- Load and unload furniture into/from truck using dolly and moving belts.
- Unbox the furniture items to check for any damage upon receiving from suppliers and box the items back to deliver to customers
- Install the furniture components to display on the floor
- Deliver furniture to customers' location, confirm the delivery items are according to the sales order
- Install the furniture items at customers' place
