Job Description:
Prepare meat for processing or cutting by cleaning it;
Prepare meat by grinding it;
Make special orders as needed;
Remove the bones from the meat;
Pack and wrap prepared meats;
Ensure carcasses, sides, and quarters have been cut;
Prepare standard cuts of meat;
Make special orders as needed;
Cut cooked meat into slices;
Remove the bones from the meat;
Weigh meat before selling it.
Job Requirements:
Completion of High School (Preferred);
2+ years experience in a work-related environment;
Ability to stand and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods of time;
Attention to detail and working well with others;
Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds of force frequently.
