Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• 2-3 years of related retail sales experience is required.
Asset: A university degree or college diploma in management or in another related field is asset.
Benefits:

• Over time after 40 hours
Job Duties:
• Plan, direct and evaluate the operations engaged in sales.
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
• Prepare work schedules and manage all procedures.
• Prepare purchase orders, requisition, and invoices.
• Coordinate and assign work to workers.
• Hire staff, arrange training or train workers in job duties.
• Make market research to increase sale.
• Make order and follow up with suppliers/wholesalers to ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Follow up with customers about products and services.
• Ensure the smooth sales functions of the pet store.
