Position – Construction Manager
Job type: Permanent, full-time job with flexible working hours
Salary: $43.00 /hour
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
• Recruit, hire and supervise construction staff and workers
• Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
• Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
• Read blueprints, schemas, diagrams, and other drawings related to the project
• Plan and manage the budgets for the project
• Select trade subcontractors and coordinate their activities
• Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
• Develop and implement quality control programs
• Analyze and evaluate the data and information collected by the organization
• Prepare,Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

Work experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience required.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
