Counter Attendant and Food Preparer Skills
• Serve customers at counters; take orders; portion and wrap foods
• Prepare, heat and finish simple food items; Package take-out food,
• Keep records of the quantities of food used
• Use manual and electrical appliances as needed
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars
• Place dishes in storage area; Operate dishwashers to wash dishes
• Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
• Clean and sanitize items and work place
