Job duties:
Prepare and cook full-course meals for our customers, especially in Italian cuisine
Prepare dishes according to customer request, including customers with food allergies and intolerances
Ensure quality of food and determine appropriate proportion sizes
Use specialized cooking equipment to complete meals, including deep fryers, grills, and ovens
Clean kitchen and work areas during shifts, as required
Follow all safe food handling procedures
Other duties may be requested by kitchen management
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time or part-time positions available; day, evening, and weekend shifts available; 35-40 hours per week for full-time, whereas part-time hours may vary
Wage: $17.50-20.00/hour, based on experience and training

Education requirement: Completion of high school is required. Completion of apprenticeship program in cooking may substitute for required work experience.
Experience requirement: Minimum of 2 years of commercial cooking experience is required.
Language requirement: Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
