FOOD STORE SUPERVISOR - OM INDIA FOOD CENTRE
(Permanent, full-time with flexible working hours, including weekends)
Location: 71 West Drive, Brampton, ON, L6T 5E2
Salary: $22.00/ hour

Job responsibilities include:
• Sell merchandise to customers
• Formulate reports regarding merchandising, sales volumes and other matters
• Administer and coordinate employees
• Assign work duties to workers and prepare work schedules with the owner
• Resolve customer's complaints and ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
• Determine staffing requirements and resolve any issues such as work schedule changes
• Manage and maintain inventory of the supplies and place orders for restocking merchandise in the store
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment and follow all company protocols
• Prepare necessary paperwork and ensure accuracy of weekly sales audit
Education: Completion of secondary school is required. Completion of post-secondary in business, hospitality or related fields is considered an asset.
Work experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail or related field is needed
