Position: Delivery Driver Supervisor (NOC 72024)
Salary: $ 32.5-37 /h
Working hours: 35 hours per week

Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of delivery drivers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and routes to optimize efficiency and minimize delivery times.
• Train and onboard new delivery drivers, ensuring they understand company policies and procedures.
• Monitor driver performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed to maintain high standards of service.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding deliveries in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, to streamline delivery processes and improve overall customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for delivery drivers.
Qualifications:
• Minimum college education; additional education or training in logistics or management is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or courier industry, minimum 2 years of experience in a supervision or management role, preferably in a delivery or logistics environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns, with the ability to optimize delivery routes.
• Familiarity with electronic devices and delivery tracking systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
