Duties:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and implement visually stunning and user-friendly website layouts and interfaces.
• Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web design, incorporating new techniques and technologies to enhance the user experience.
• Optimize website performance and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design integrity and feasibility throughout the development process.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve website design and functionality.
• Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines.
• Support marketing initiatives with visually compelling graphics and promotional materials as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field.
• Proven experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative and technical skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Excellent understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
• Experience with React for front-end development
• Proficiency in conducting user research to guide design choices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
• Experience working in an e-commerce or retail environment is a plus.
