Wage Rate: $31 per hour. 40 hours per week.

Education: College diploma in Computer Science or related field is required. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related program as asset.
Experience: 1 or more years of experience is required.

Job Duties:
• Specialization of Point of Return & Point of Sale Software in Recycling, Grocery & Hospitality
• Offer superior customer service to internal and external customers
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered by Point of via remote helpdesk support.
• Execute all duties as it pertains to installations which includes: hardware, software staging, installations, and training for end-users.
• Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
• Represent AM/PM Service with the utmost professionalism and conduct.
• On site installations may be required as necessary
• Afterhours & weekend support required

• Ability to work well under pressure
