Determine & establish office procedures
Open & distribute regular & electronic incoming mail & other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
Arrange & co-ordinate seminars,conferences,etc.,
Record and prepare minutes of meetings,seminars & conferences
Schedule & confirm appointments
Answer telephone & relay telephone calls & messages, Answer electronic inquiries
Compile data, statistics & other information, Order office supplies & maintain inventory
Type & proofread correspondence,forms & other documents
Greet people & direct them to contacts or service areas
Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
Set up and maintain manual & computerized information filing systems
