Job duties are as follows but not limited to:
• Supervise and co-ordinate duties and tasks of staff
• Assign duties to staff and adjust to meet operational needs
• Sell merchandise to customers and authorize returns of merchandise
• Resolve customer complaints in a speedy and effective manner
• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise as per Managements requirement
• Train new staff as needed
• Operate point of sale system and manage cash flow as needed
• Performing the necessary tasks as the employee of a Petro-Canada ARL, which is operating Petro-Canada branded gas stations
• Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
• High school Diploma
• Minimum 7 months - 1 year previous work experience as a Retail Sales Supervisor
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet operational needs, including mornings, afternoons, graveyards and evening shifts. Please note our Gas Station operates 24/7, 7 days a week.
