Job Posting for the position of Carpenter
Terms of Employment:
• Full-time/Permanent
Wage: $30.00 per hour for 40 hours of work per week
Benefits: Overtime after 8 hours of work per day
Start Date: As soon as possible

Duties:
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials using hand or power tools.
• Fit and install trim items such as doors, stairs, moulding, and hardware (crown molding, wood base, baseboards, casings, chair rail, wainscot, window sills, aprons, etc.).
• Maintain, repair, and renovate residences.
• Follow safety and health regulations during work operations to ensure environmentally friendly and safe structures.

Job Requirements:
• Languages: Very basic English
• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
• Experience: 2-3 years of related experience required
• Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, physically demanding
