Duties:
• Manage kitchen operations;
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods;
• Plan menus, estimate food requirements and costs;
• Ensure quality of food and determine size of food, proportions;
• Estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies;
• Order supplies and equipment;
• Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
