Duties & Responsibilities:
• Oversee the kitchen and catering service functions of the corporation;
• Formulate policies and programs for the corporation;
• Organize kitchen and catering service operations and establish associated senior positions;
• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement corporation policies and programs;
• Establish financial and administrative controls and approve overall personnel planning;
• Formulate, approve and oversee promotional campaigns;
• Select middle managers or other executive staff;
• Co-ordinate the work of kitchen and catering service departments;
• Represent the company, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company, in major negotiations or other official functions.
