aguar Hauling Ltd. is currently seeking a Permanent, Full time Administrative Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.
Main Duties:
• Assists in processing all invoices through the inventory system and daily bank deposits.
• Maintain and order office supplies.
• Answer and direct phone calls to relevant department.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy of restaurant filing system.
• Greeting new and potential customers regarding party/events reservations.
• Organize and coordinate events list, party host information and guest list.
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Minimum one year of experience is required.
Salary: $29.00/Hour
