Operations Manager – (NOC 00014)
The position of Operations Manager – with Canadian Lifestyle Company will be required to accept the responsibilities of complete operations of the business at all its locations, incl Maple Ridge and the new Mission location. This is an Executive Senior role reporting directly to the CEO.
• Plan, direct and evaluate the full operations of our retail stores and warehouses, including the establishment and approval of policies, programs and objectives.
• Manage and organize the establishment of major departments within stores and warehouses, associated senior staff positions (Middle and Senior Managers, Directors) and assign duties accordingly, including the allocation of material, human and financial resources to implement such programs and policies.
• Coordinate the work of branches, divisions and departments to attain optimal efficiencies and business success.
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales, which leads to the formulation of promotional campaigns and advertising requirements.
• Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues for each branch within the business, Coordinate with senior managers, and middle managers when planning budgets for individual departments.
• Evaluate customer service levels at the branches and warehouses and improve service levels where required to meet the demands of the public and vendors.
• Represent the company in negotiations and official functions, or delegate a representative to act on your behalf.
• Reporting of performance metrics of the business overall, and of the branches regularly to the CEO, this includes sales and profit margins, budget compliance in terms of spending, human resources and staffing challenges affecting performance, and finally potential opportunities to improve or expand.

• Min High School Diploma with ECA
• At least 5 years senior manager experience.
