Job duties:
Assign duties to store staff
Help prepare work schedules
Train and supervise store staff
Monitor inventory and submit inventory requests to management when supplies fall below required levels
Instruct staff on handling of difficult and complicated sales
Respond to customer enquiries and complaints
Ensure that merchandise is correctly priced and displayed;
Assist employees with the everyday duties necessary to ensuring the smooth running of the store, such as serving customers, restocking shelves, and cash duties
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
Wage: $17.55 / hour
Location of work: Petawawa, Ontario
Skills requirements (includes education and work experience)
Completion of Secondary (High) School Certificate is required
Prior work experience in retail sales is required.
Prior Supervisory level work experience in retail sales is required
