Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $22/hr, 35 hours/week
Job Responsibilities:
-Formulate brand strategies and marketing communication plans; collaborate with the management and internal team to ensure marketing efforts align with our business objectives.
-Implement the campaign and content marketing activities from ideation, planning to execution; create and produce marketing materials, including print, digital, and social media content to maximize exposure of our business.
-Provide reports and analyses on marketing performance, campaign metrics and market trends, including sales data, customer feedbacks, and competitor activities, etc.
-Leverage keyword, industry and competitive research to develop content strategies, ensuring SEO best practices are implemented.
-Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring that spending is allocated effectively and efficiently; review projects for fiscal responsibility, ensuring a balance between cost and quality of delivery.
-Monitor and track campaign performance, make recommendations, and adjust tactics based on quantitative and qualitative data.
-Identify opportunities for enhancing guest experiences, future growth and innovation across all marketing channels.
Employment Requirements:
Education
-A minimum of a college diploma in business administration or in a related field with a specialization in sales or marketing is required.
Experience
-A minimum of three years of experience as a sales, marketing or public relations representative or in a related occupation is required.
Skills
-Demonstrated experience and skills in communications, marketing, and brand management.
-Proven ability to translate the overall brand strategy into practical marketing plans.
-Highly organized with the ability to identify and optimize marketing processes.
