**Job Description:**

This role focuses on producing a variety of traditional Lebanese baked goods, including Saj bread, Manakeesh, and other specialty items. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Lebanese baking techniques and a passion for preserving culinary heritage.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and bake traditional Lebanese Saj bread and other specialty items.
- Follow authentic recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Manage the daily production schedule to meet customer demand.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for ingredients.
- Adhere to all food safety, halal food preparation standards and hygiene standards.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a baker specializing in Lebanese baked goods.
- Extensive knowledge of Lebanese baking techniques and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
