Position: Sales Vice-President

Responsibilities:
" Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
" Approve sales programs, promotional campaigns, and initiatives aimed at increasing market share and revenue.
" Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
" Coordinate sales activities across different regions, divisions, or departments within the company.
" Establish strategic objectives and formulate policies and programs, determine sales targets, market segments, and growth opportunities within the company.
" Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
" Establish financial controls and administrative procedures to monitor and manage sales performance, ensure budget adherence, and profitability.
" Select, mentor, and manage a team of middle managers and executives.
Qualifications:
" Education: University degree or college diploma.
" Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years as a middle manager in a related position, preferably in the logistics/transportation industry.
" Software: Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable with CRM software, basic data analysis, tracking and reporting activities and results.
" Language: Fluent in English. Knowledge of a second language is an asset but not required.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $100,000.00 per year
