JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Carry out administrative activities based on regulations and procedures;
-Coordinate and plan for office services, such as equipment, disposal of assets, maintenance and so on;
-Order office supplies and maintain inventory;
-Compile data, statistics and other information to support research activities;
-Arrange schedules of staff, such as room attendants and waiters;
-Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations if applicable;
-Assist in preparation of operating budget and budgetary controls;
-Provide training for new staff
REQUIREMENTS:
-High school graduation or college diploma;
-One year of experience in administrative services;
-English communication skills.
