Job Description:
Basil Green Landscaping Ltd., located at Unit 54, 7875 122 Street, Surrey, BC, V3W 0Y8 urgently requires one permanent & full time Landscaping Supervisor. We welcome and encourage youth, new immigrants, and aboriginal candidates to apply.
Job Duties:
• Plan and direct grounds maintenance.
• Organize and direct planting of trees, gardens and lawns.
• Plan, manage and supervise landscape construction work.
• Establish work schedules and procedures.
• Hire, supervise and schedule staff.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed.
• Resolve work related problems.
• Supervise workers.
• Plan and estimate labour and materials.
• Maintain work records.
Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school education is required.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field is required.
Language: English is required.
Number of Positions: 1
Wage: $29.00/hour for 40 hours per week along with 4% Vacation pay.
