Job Description
TON Infrastructure is on the lookout for a seasoned Marketing Specialist with a strategic mindset and a relationship first attitude. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing both online and offline marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, conducting market research, and providing expert advice to elevate our brand and foster business growth.
Your job duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and new opportunities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that align with company goals.
• Provide expert recommendations on branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Enhance and optimize our website and internet presence.
• Measure, analyze, and report on the success of marketing initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive marketing and branding approach.
• Design and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Analyze competitor marketing strategies and tactics to identify areas of opportunity and differentiation.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Manage budgets and timelines for marketing projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Keep abreast of the latest marketing techniques and tools, particularly those relevant to the Oil & Gas, Commercial Construction, Telecommunications, and Crypto industries.
Wages and Benefits
Successful applicants will be paid $30.77 per hour, for 40 hours of work per week, and will work at our office located at 27414 Twp Rd 544, Sturgeon County, AB, Canada. They will also be entitled to comprehensive insurance benefits (dental, disability, health care plan, vision, paramedic services, etc.).
Work Experience and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring professional experience in marketing consultancy, with a minimum of 3 years in the industry and will have a diploma or degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, commerce or similar field. A strong foundation in market research, digital marketing, customer satisfaction, and demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies are essential. Moreover, the successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, and is self-motivated with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. These attributes are required to provide detailed strategic advice and support to our organization’s success and in solving our clients’ most complex problems.
