Job Duties:
1.Develop and define the strategic vision for IT projects and information system integration. Set clear, achievable goals aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
2.Design, organize and evaluate the necessary technological infrastructure and framework to facilitate IT projects development.
3.Identify and implement the tools, policies and platforms for information system development
4.Communicate with stakeholders to determine the details of IT development, including strategies, investment, system specifications etc.
5.Recruit and lead skilled IT professionals in various areas. Ensure the team has a diverse skill set to cover all necessary aspects of development and deployment.
6.Manage the IT department and staff to pilot full-scale information system projects.
7.Calculate, monitor and control development budget for IT projects. Assess development progress and adjust operation expenditure of the IT department.
8.Oversee compliance in data usage, user privacy, and security practices etc.
9.Monitor industry landscape to identify opportunities for innovation in the development space
Qualifications:
1.A Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is required.
2.Minimum 3 years of experience in related roles is required.
3.Excellent interpersonal, communication and managerial skills, results-driven and self-motivated.
4.Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills.
