Position: Gas Station Manager

Working Hours:Full time 30-40 hours/per week

Responsibilities:
-Plan, direct, and evaluate the daily operations of the convenience store and gas station.
-Ensure that the store is well-stocked, and that all equipment is functioning properly.
-Manage staff by assigning duties, providing training, and fostering a positive work environment.
-Address staffing needs, including hiring, developing, and retaining employees.
-Plan and execute promotional events to boost sales and community engagement.
-Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and closely monitor revenues to ensure profitability.
-Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records.
-Evaluate and continuously improve customer service standards.
-Respond promptly to customer requests and address any issues or complaints.
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Proven experience in retail or sales, preferably in a management role.
-Strong organizational and planning skills.
-Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
-Comfortable with the idea of settling in a small, close-knit community.
-Friendly, compassionate, and dependable.
