Job Description

Manage, oversee, and assess the sales departments' operations
Design and develop the organization's strategies in a way that aligns with its policies.
Coordinate and manage regional and divisional sales operations.
Oversee daily operations activities and establish sales procedures and strategies.
Assign tasks and authority to personnel in major departments and related fields.
Establish organizational policies and procedures in connection to sales.
Manage advertising campaigns and the scheduling of human resources.
