Salary: $85.5 per hour, 30 hours per week
Job Responsibilities:
-Work with the senior management to develop the company’s mission, goals, and brand strategies to ensure the marketing achievements meet and exceed stakeholders’ expectations.
-Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales, lead and implement communication plans, public activities, and events.
-Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, advertising, SEO, and product management; manage the company's marketing function, including recruitment, contracts, retention, and evaluations, etc.
-Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business goals; utilize analytics to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
-Lead creative conceptualization, drive, deliver compelling stories and executions for various channels and mediums, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand identity.
-Inspire the marketing team with energy, passion, and leadership; motivate the creative team by promoting a high-performance environment, quality standards, creative exploration, innovation, continuous learning, etc.
-Conduct market research to locate new customers and business opportunities; monitor competitors and develop coping strategies; stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
Employment Requirements:
Education:
-A minimum of a university degree in business administration, commerce, computer science or other related discipline is required.
Experience:
-A minimum of three years of work experience as a middle manager in financial, communications or other business services is required.
Skills:
-Demonstrated expertise in analytics, market research, and marketing strategies, with a proven track record of driving revenue and improving results sustainably.
-Ability to develop and implement marketing plans with initiative and sound problem-solving and decision-making skills.
-Truly understanding of the creative process in marketing, including strategy, branding, copywriting, digital art direction, etc.
-Thorough understanding of various marketing techniques, such as digital and social media marketing.
-Demonstrated strong leadership skills and an ability to organize, motivate, and improve the creative output.
-A self-driven leader able to work in a fast-moving, ever-changing, cross-functional team environment.
-Highly organized, good project management and time management skills to meet all deadlines.
