Job Description:
As a Warehouse Shipper and Receiver, you will manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and ensuring smooth and efficient activities. This role is essential to maintaining our supply chain and ensuring timely product delivery to our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Arrange shipping, prepare shipping documents, and oversee the loading/unloading of goods.
• Inspect and verify incoming goods, recording shortages and rejecting damaged items.
• Unpack, code, and route goods to storage; maintain record-keeping systems.
• Receive, sort, and store incoming parts and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and process requisitions.
• Oversee warehouse activities, ensuring safety compliance and managing staff.
• Collaborate with other departments and handle customer inquiries.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of inventory management and logistics principles.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
