Overtime: $42.00 per hour (After 40 hrs/ per week)

Job Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School.
- Completion of 1-2 years education in textile technology or related field is asset.

- Minimum 1-2 Years of related work experience is required.
Job Duties:
• Schedule the activities of upholstery workers
• Implement strategies to meet work schedules
• Ensure production work to progress
• Keep record of each job and prepare work progress reports on daily basis
• Suggest new methods to improve productivity and workers’ efficiency
• Assist production workers with new designs and provide supplies
• Set us machines and/or arrange repairer if needed
• Order materials and supplies as needed
• Update Workers about safety procedures and company policies
• Able to resolve work related issues Co-ordinate and supervise different
departments at work site
• Hire and provide training to workers regarding their job duties.
