White Veal Meat Packers Ltd was established in 1991. Our veal
and lamb are raised on local family farms in Ontario and
Quebec regions. Our livestock is sourced from family farms,
and our reputation relies on customer satisfaction.
As we care about the products we produce, we are looking to
hire reliable butchers to join our team.
Job responsibilities:
-Cut, debone and trim the meat into pieces according to internal requirements.
-Use saws, power cutting tools and different knives.
-Cleans, weighs packages and labels meat for sale.
-Maintains a clean, organized and sanitary station according to the food safety department.
Qualifications:
-Completion of High School (Preferred).
-1+ years of experience working in meat environments.
-Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule sometimes including evenings, weekends and holidays.
-Ability to stand and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
-Physically able to lift to 50 pounds of force frequently.
