Education Requirements:
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, or Finance and Control
Experience required:
• 5 or more years’ experience in strategic business planning and management and must include management of company financial budgets
• 5 or more years’ experience managing distributors and their sales teams
• Experience in e-marketing on all platforms of social media to grow and sustain the company’s presence. Expected to oversee marketing strategies that promote growth
• Experience with strategic sales, creating new sales strategies for business growth nationwide.
• Develop new policies, programs and implement them within the company
Main Duties
? Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs,
? Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning,
? Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions,
? Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions,
? Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, and
? Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
