Education: High School
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Job Duties:
• Recruits, trains and supervise the employees.
• Ensures that regulatory guidelines of the services industry are being followed by all employees.
• Supervises staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes.
• Contributes to the development of pricing, procedures and promotional strategies.
• Through knowledge of functional area under supervision
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers and other supplies.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the hotel.
