Work Location: Various work locations across Lower Mainland.
Wage Rate: $34.50/hr (40 hours per week)
Over Time Wage Rate: $51.75/hr (after 40 hours per week)
Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
Experience: 2-3 years’ supervisory work experience is required.
Job Duties:
• Supervise roofing workers and ensure safety procedures are followed
• Schedule the activities of roofers
• Able to resolve work related issues Co-ordinate and supervise different departments at work site
• Implement strategies to meet work schedules
• Keep record of each job and prepare work progress reports on daily basis
• Suggest new methods to improve productivity and workers’ efficiency
• Order materials and supplies as needed
• Update Workers about safety procedures and company policies
• Hire and provide training to workers regarding their job duties.
