What You’ll be Doing:
• Plan and coordinate the movement of large cargo, including determining transportation routes and arranging for the necessary permits, licenses, and insurance.
• Establish the operational management system for the large cargo department
• Manage the procurement and maintenance of the necessary vehicles and equipment, such as trucks, trailers, and forklifts.
• Supervise and training staff involved in the handling, loading, and unloading of large cargo.
• Monitor and tracking shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and in good condition.
• Manage the sorting and distribution of large cargo.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, expenses, and inventory.
• Arranging works for truck drivers and dispatchers in the department
• Coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain.
• Resolve any arising problems and complaints
• Ensure applicable safety and quality standards are met.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics industry, with management experience
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and requirements
• Proven experience in supervising and training staff
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• First Aid Certificate is preferred

5 days per week, 8 hours per day
