Wage Rate: $28.50 Hourly, for 40 Hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Weekend, Day, Overtime if required.
Education: High School is required
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years similar fields
Languages: Basic knowledge of English
Job Duties:
• Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff.
• Plan and control budget and inventory
• Marketing the salon to attract new customers.
• Performing salon services for customers as needed
• Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems at nail salon.
• Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies regarding salon.
• Hire, train and supervise staff.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of an establishment providing services.
Essential Skills: Working with others, Problem solving, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, significant use ofmemory.
Other Information: Candidate must be eligible to work in Canada. Position is available and open to Aboriginal, youth, newimmigrants, and persons with disabilities.
