Salary: $18.55 hourly for 30 to 44 hours per week

Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required;
- Completion of secondary (high) school is required;
- 2 years to less than 3 years of related work experience in a restaurant is required.
Job duties:
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of kitchen staff and servers;
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures;
- Ensure food service and quality control is always properly implemented according to the service and quality standards of The Daily Dumpling Wonton Co;
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports to management;
- Establish work schedules, and methods and plans to meet the schedules for kitchen staff and servers;
- Prepare budget and cost estimates;
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage;
- Order supplies and beverages, and ensure a healthy level of stock is always maintained;
- Address customers' complaints or concerns;
- Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff.

- Ability to Supervise: 11 to 15 people;
- Workers Supervised: Cook (general), Food and beverage servers, Kitchen and food service helpers;
