Our team are expert in lawn mowing, fixing flower beds, choosing plants depending on climate, prepping lawns in fall and spring, and other land-management techniques. We help our customers remove, shovelling snow, and salt the streets and roads during the winter.
We are looking for a Landscaper, to join our team!
Job Description:
Review plans with the project manager before work commences;
Read construction/landscape instructions or drawings and translate that information onto the site;
Plan the installation timeline, so their crew is always productive;
Assist with different operator machines;
Order all materials for the job by timeline, scope, quality, and so on;
Foresee problems in design/construction and work with the project manager to find solutions while the crew is still producing in another area of the site;
Communicate with the client daily and direct the client towards the project manager when changes are requested;
Keep the site and truck clean;
Snow removal.
Requirements:
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays;
Ability to stand and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods;
Attention to detail and work well with others;
Physically able to lift 50 pounds of force frequently;
1 to 2 years of relevant experience;
Completion of High School.
